Marketplace Terms
WaterLink Jamaica connects customers with independent refill stations, bottled-water suppliers, bulk-water operators and delivery providers. Unless expressly stated for a specific order, Fraternal Ventures Limited operates the marketplace and is not the producer of water supplied by third-party providers.
Providers are responsible for the accuracy of prices, service areas, availability and required licences, testing or certifications. Customers are responsible for accurate delivery and container information.
Fees, commissions and subscription charges are displayed or agreed before they apply. Production terms will include the enabled payment provider's settlement and refund rules.
